I like lotion 2, although sometimes I do feel that the lotions don’t work for everyone the same. Sometimes I feel like people with thick brows need a stronger product.

We appreciate your feedback, and in the case of coarse hairs, we recommend that the Step 2 lotion may need to sit for 10 minutes, or even up to 12 minutes for the best result. Unfortunately, when clients have very thick and coarse hairs, they may not be a suitable recipient for brow lamination.
