Should you wish to cancel your purchase after receipt of a product, you can return it to us at your own expense, provided it is unused. Only unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for reimbursement. If the packaging has been opened and it turns out that the product does not meet your expectations, such as the colour, the product cannot be returned. So be careful when placing orders. Condition of return is that you report this within 24 hours after receipt via email@example.com and that you return the product to us within 14 days after receipt to the following address:

It is important to include the following information with the return:
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Order number
- Name account holder
- (IBAN) Account number
- Reason for return
As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs of the returned products. Mrs.Highbrow is not responsible for packages that are lost during transport to Mrs.Highbrow. Questions about your order? Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received product(s) that you did not order, leave the packaging intact. An unwanted product that is used anyway, or of which the lid or cap has been opened, is considered to be a product that has been accepted by the customer. The arrived product can no longer be returned or exchanged.
It is not possible to exchange products. Would you rather have another product than the one you ordered? Please return the product, according to the previous conditions. We will refund your purchase amount, after which you can order the correct item yourself.
As soon as the package has been returned in good order, the purchase amount - minus shipping costs - will be credited. The credit will take place within 14 days after receipt of the return. Keep the proof of shipment - with track and trace - until the purchase amount has been credited.
