From Milan to London and Los Angeles - Astrid Vos is known around the world for her stunning, beauty-inspired illustrations. We couldn't wait to collaborate with her on a Mrs.Highbrow series. The illustrations turned out so gorgeous that it was even used for our Limited Edition Wonderbrow Oil packaging.

Beauty and fashion lover Astrid Vos has a passion for drawing. Always has. Having worked in the fashion industry for years, she had no other option than to dig out her brushes and return to the arts. We're more than happy she did - about just as happy as Astrid when she started drawing the Mrs.Highbrow series. "I put the focus on the eyebrows, of course, but I usually work with certain characteristics anyway. That's fashion. Magnifying things!" And, just as every piece of work by Astrid is unique, so is every Mrs.Highbrow eyebrow. Born out of our shared passion and love, we're now creating a Limited Edition Wonderbrow Oil in a special Astrid Vos outfit, just for you.
What is Wonderbrow Oil?
With castor oil and argan oil as the key ingredients, Wonderbrow Oil stimulates the health and hair growth of the eyebrow hairs. Wonderbrow Oil has been a part of our range for some time, but we are now launching a Limited Edition version with a Wonderoil Brush. Use the roller to apply the oil to your eyebrows. Use the brush, in a circular motion, to allow the oil to be absorbed into the skin and hairs.

What do you think of the series of illustrations for Mrs.Highbrow??
"I like to produce something using spontaneous lines, with loose brushwork. It has to be done at a certain speed, in an expressionist style. Which is what I've also done for this series."

You were a fashion designer. When did you realize, I miss drawing??
"That's a good question. I hadn't drawn for fifteen years, and I really wanted to create something again. Instagram was already a popular channel back then, which I joined a little later. The great thing about this platform is that you can connect with the world without an art director or agency involved. And it worked out well."

What do you like to do when you're not drawing??
"I'm a real nature and culture freak. I like watching new movies, and my Spotify playlist is almost always on. I love discovering a new song. Actually, I'm always looking for new things, it's in my blood. And that's addictive, especially when it comes to fashion. Sometimes I think, 'I'm not buying anything anymore,' but then there's a new trend, and I just have to have it. It's terrible, haha."
How to use the Limited Edition Wonderbrow Oil??
At night, before bedtime, would be a good time to apply our Wonderbrow Oil so that the oil can stay on your eyebrows while you sleep.
Make sure your eyebrows are clean and free of any makeup.
Apply the oil with the Wonderbrow Oil roller.
Use a brush to massage the oil into the eyebrows in a circular motion. Make sure to avoid Wonderbrow coming into contact with the eyes. If this happens, rinse immediately.
Wash off the conditioner in the morning with water or a mild cleanser.
Use Wonderbrow Oil on a daily basis for a minimum of three months for the best results.
