Returns.
At Mrs.Highbrow, we want you to order with confidence. If you're not satisfied with a product, you can return it under the conditions below.
When can you return a product?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it if:
- it is unused, unopened and in its original condition;
- the original packaging is undamaged and still sealed;
- it is not a digital product, such as an online training course;
- the return has been registered and approved by our customer service team in advance.

How to return your order.
1. Register your return
Send an email to hello@mrshighbrow.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your request has been approved, you'll receive the return instructions.
2. Pack the product carefully
Preferably use the original shipping box or another sturdy package. Make sure the product is well protected during transit.
3. Send your return
The cost of returning your order is your responsibility. The original shipping costs paid when placing your order are non-refundable.
Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number. Mrs.Highbrow is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
4. Receive your refund
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Received the wrong product?
If you've received the wrong or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mrshighbrow.com and include clear photos.
If you've received the wrong product, please leave the packaging unopened. Products that have been opened or used are considered accepted and cannot be returned.
Once we've received your message, we'll provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, simply return the original item in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order.
