Pay safely & easily as a business customer
At Mrs.Highbrow, we provide a safe and fast payment experience tailored for business customers worldwide. Available payment methods vary by country and are automatically displayed in the checkout based on your location.
1. Available payment methods
Depending on the country you are ordering from, you can choose from the following payment options:
iDEAL (Netherlands). Safe payment through your own bank.
PayPal. Easy and safe payment worldwide.
Bancontact (Belgium). Direct bank payment for Belgian customers.
Sofortbanking - European bank transfers.
Credit & Debit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Shop Pay. Accelerated checkout for fast and secure payment.
Apple Pay. Pay instantly with your Apple device through a secure connection.
For wholesale orders. Via Bank Transfer.
All available payment methods for your country are displayed during checkout.
2. Payment & invoicing
Immediately after you place your order, your account will be charged.
You will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail, after which we start processing your order. Didn't receive an order confirmation or invoice? You may have made a spelling error in your e-mail address. Please contact our customer service via the chat option or at hello@mrshighbrow.com.
3. Prices & VAT
All products in the webshop are displayed excluding VAT.
Dutch customers pay 21% VAT.
Do you have a valid VAT number in the Netherlands? Then you can reclaim the VAT from the tax authorities.
Are you ordering from another EU country and do you have a valid VAT number? Then you do not pay VAT during checkout if you enter your VAT number. Make sure you enter your VAT number in your account before ordering. We cannot refund paid VAT retroactively.
Outside the EU, no VAT is charged by Mrs.Highbrow. However, customs in the host country may apply import duties or taxes.
4. Import duties & Customs fees
Orders outside the EU are delivered without VAT, but local customs and import fees may apply.
Any customs fees and taxes are determined by the laws in the receiving country and are the customer's responsibility.
The carrier will send a notice with instructions for payment of customs duties and taxes once the package arrives in the destination country.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay these charges in time for the package to be delivered without delay.
Mrs.Highbrow is not responsible for import duties or additional taxes imposed by customs.
Please check your country's customs regulations to avoid surprises.
5. Currency & exchange rates
Prices are displayed by default in euros (€), but depending on your location they may also be displayed in US dollars ($) or British pounds (£).
When changing the country of delivery, prices may be automatically adjusted based on the current exchange rate.
6. Problems paying?
Having problems completing a payment?
Please check that:
Your card or bank account has sufficient balance.
The payment details have been entered correctly.
Your card allows international payments.
