Professionals Only: Ordering for your salon or sales channel is super easy.

Mrs.Highbrow delivers exclusively to professional eyebrow specialists, beauty professionals, academies and distributors. Depending on your type of business, you can order in different ways.

1. Order stock for your salon

Do you work as an eyebrow specialist or PMU artist? Order your favorite products for treatments directly from the webshop.
How to order? Add products to your shopping basket and checkout safely.

2. Order stock to sell to customers

Want to resell makeup or brow care products to your customers? Create a retail account and go to the retail category to get additional volume discounts. Already have an account? Then log in to access the retail section.

3. Order as a distributor with wholesale discount

Are you a distributor or want to buy in bulk? Special conditions and wholesale discounts apply to distributors.

4. Ordering for academies & training centers

Do you give training courses and want to order products in larger volumes for your students? Mrs.Highbrow offers academies and training centers a customized quote.

5. How do you place an order in our web shop?

  • Create an account as a professional customer.
  • Choose your products and add them to your shopping cart.
  • Check your business details in the check-out (such as VAT number).
  • Select your payment method and pay securely.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and we will ship your package as soon as possible.

6. Change or cancel an order?

Orders are processed quickly. Therefore, it is usually not possible for us to change it. If in doubt, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

7. Ordering and VAT

The VAT you pay depends on the delivery country and whether you entered a valid VAT number.

Ordering from the Netherlands

If you order as a business from the Netherlands, we charge 21% VAT. You will see this in your cart, during checkout and on your invoice. Do you have a valid Dutch VAT number? Then you may be able to reclaim the VAT (depending on your situation) via the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.

To ensure VAT is calculated correctly, you need to:

  • Log in or create an account

  • Enter your VAT number in your cart

Tip
Check that your VAT number is in the correct format and refresh your cart page. The VAT amount will update immediately.

Ordering from an EU country outside the Netherlands

All products in the webshop are displayed excluding VAT. If you order as a business from an EU country outside the Netherlands and you have a valid EU VAT number, VAT will be reverse charged and we will invoice 0% VAT.

Important
For 0% VAT (reverse charge), you need to:

  • Log in or create an account

  • Enter your VAT number in your cart before you check out

Make sure your VAT number is complete and correct, including the country code (for example BE or DE). Then refresh your cart page. The VAT amount should update immediately.

Is VAT still being charged? Do not complete your order and contact us at hello@mrshighbrow.com. We cannot refund paid VAT retroactively.

Ordering from outside the EU

If you order as a business from outside the EU, we usually ship as an export and typically invoice 0% VAT. Please note: upon delivery, you may still be charged import VAT, import duties and customs clearance fees. These costs are charged by your carrier and or local customs authorities.
