At Mrs.Highbrow we want you, the professional, to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not meet your expectations, you can return it under certain conditions. Read below how to arrange this easily.

1. When can I return a product?

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt if:

  • It is unused, unopened and in original condition.
  • The original packaging is undamaged and sealed.
  • It does not concern digital products (such as online courses).
  • You have submitted a return request in advance and received approval from our customer service department.

2. How to return a product?

  • Step 1: Submit return

Send an email to hello@mrshighbrow.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for approval and receive instructions and a return form.

  •  Step 2: Pack the product properly

Use the original shipping box or sturdy packaging.
Make sure the products are securely packed and the packaging is not damaged.

  • Step 3: Return the package

Return shipping costs are at the expense of Mrs.Highbrow for returns within Europe. We accept a maximum of 1 return per order, so please make sure you return all products to be returned to us in 1 package. Mrs.Highbrow is not responsible for packages lost during return transport. Always keep the shipping receipt with Track & Trace code.

  • Step 4: Receive your refund

Once we have received and verified the return, we will process the refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

3. Received wrong delivery or defective product?

Have you received an incorrect or damaged product? Please contact us at hello@mrshighbrow.com within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos.

Please note:
If you receive an incorrect product, please leave the packaging intact.
A product that has been used or opened is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
We will provide a prompt resolution such as replacement or refund.

4. Exchanges are not possible
