At Mrs.Highbrow we want you, the professional, to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not meet your expectations, you can return it under certain conditions. Read below how to arrange this easily.
1. When can I return a product?

2. How to return a product?
Send an email to hello@mrshighbrow.com with your order number and reason for return. Wait for approval and receive instructions and a return form.
Use the original shipping box or sturdy packaging. Make sure the products are securely packed and the packaging is not damaged.

We accept a maximum of 1 return per order, so please make sure you return all products to be returned to us in 1 package. Mrs.Highbrow is not responsible for packages lost during return transport. Always keep the shipping receipt with Track & Trace code.
Once we have received and verified the return, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
3. Received wrong delivery or defective product?
Have you received an incorrect or damaged product? Please contact us at hello@mrshighbrow.com within 48 hours of receipt and include clear photos.
Please note:If you receive an incorrect product, please leave the packaging intact.A product that has been used or opened is considered accepted and cannot be returned.We will provide a prompt resolution such as replacement or refund.
