How To Use.

Step-by-step instructions for perfect results.

    Using the matte, concealer side of the Highlighting Brow Pencil, draw a line, tight against the brow.

  • Step 2

    With the flat Highglighter Brush, blur the product nicely and create a sleek line along the brow. Gently push against the brow.

  • Step 3

    If necessary, apply another bit of the shiny side of the pencil to the brow bone.
