Use

Important: Gently massage the pouches before opening them.

Lash Lift:

  • Cleanse lashes and remove the Lifting Cream (Step 1) with a dry cotton swab and rolling technique.
  • Apply a small amount of Neutralizing Lotion with a microbrush to the same areas where the Lifting Cream was applied.

Incorporation time:

  • Very fine to fine lashes: 5 min.
  • Normal lashes: 6 min.- Stiff lashes: 6-8 min.
  • Remove Neutralizing Lotion with a dry cotton swab, without touching the lash tips.
  • Optional: Apply lash dye for deeper color and leave on for 3-5 minutes.
  • Continue with Step 3: Moisturizing Serum for additional care.

Brow Lamination

  • Cleanse brows and remove Lifting Cream (Step 1) with a dry cotton swab.
  • Apply Neutralizing Lotion with an applicator to the same areas where the Lifting Cream was applied.

Incorporation time:

  • Very fine to fine hairs: 5 min.
  • Normal to coarse hair: 6 min.
  • Gently remove the lotion with a dry cotton swab.
  • Comb eyebrows with a spooling oil to bring them into the desired shape.
  • Optional: Apply eyebrow paint and leave on for 3 minutes.
  • Continue with Step 3: Moisturizing Serum for hydration and care.

How To Use.

Step-by-step instructions for perfect results.

Results vary from person to person,
depending on hair, skin, and technique.

  • Step 1

    Cleanse lashes with an oil-free makeup remover, followed by a cotton ball with Treatment Enhancer.

  • Step 2

    Choose the correct size rod and place it on the eyelid.

  • Step 3

    Apply Adhesive to the rod and attach the lashes to the rod. To do this, use the Y-tool or Lash Elevation Brush.

  • Step 4

    Massage the pouch and apply a layer of Lifting Cream halfway down the lashes. Use a Microbrush or fine brush to do this.

  • Step 5

    Let the Lifting Cream soak in. Very fine to fine lashes: 4-5 min; Normal lashes: 5-6 min; Stiff lashes: 6-8 min.

  • Step 6

    After the recommended time, perform the lash check. Take 1 hair with a tip tweezer and bend it down. If the hair has become super flexible and no longer gives resistance, step 1 has worked long enough.

  • Step 7

    Remove using a dry cotton swab and rolling technique, making sure the Lifting Cream does not touch the tips.

  • Step 8

    Repeat the process with Neutralizing Lotion. Apply halfway down the lashes.

  • Step 9

    After the recommended time, remove the lotion with a cotton swab. Incorporation time: Very fine to fine lashes: 5 min; Normal lashes: 6 min; Stiff lashes: 7-8 min. The lash check is not necessary at this time.

  • Step 10

    Now you can paint the eyelashes if necessary. Apply (reusable) eyepads under the lashes.

  • Step 11

    Paint the upper and lower lashes with a black paint. You can use Hybrid Dye Midnight with our Cream Oxidant 3% for this purpose.

  • Step 12

    Leave on for 3-5 minutes and remove with a damp cotton swab. Apply Nourishing Serum with a brush or microbrush and gently separate the lashes from the rod.

I followed all the steps, but the lashes didn’t lift properly.

If the lift isn’t strong enough, looks uneven or drops quickly, the cause is usually a combination of factors during the treatment.

  • One of the most common reasons is that lotion 1 has not been left on long enough. Insufficient fixing with lotion 2 can also prevent the lift from setting properly.


  • The choice and placement of the shield also play an important role. A shield that is too large, or placed too far from the lash line, will create less lift from the root.


  • Product quality is equally important. Once opened, lotions gradually lose their strength. Working with products that are too old, not properly sealed or incorrectly stored can directly affect the performance.


  • Finally, the natural lash structure also has an impact. Strong, straight or downward growing lashes require more time, precision and an adjusted technique. Without these adjustments, the result is more likely to drop quickly.

A lash lift is a treatment where technique and timing come together. Small details make a big difference.

Why are my Lash Lifts not as good as before?

Have you noticed that the results are less strong than you’re used to? Then there’s a good chance the products have started to lose their effectiveness.

Once opened, the Lash Lift pump bottles work optimally for around 3 to 4 months. After that, the performance can gradually decrease, meaning the lashes may lift and curl less effectively.

Working with sachets? These should be used within 24 hours after opening. After that, the effectiveness decreases quickly.

For consistent and powerful results, it’s important to work with fresh products and keep a close eye on the shelf life.
